


As the dissemination partner for a three-year Erasmus+ funded project, we collaborated with World Athletics, the International Biathlon Union, the International Floorball Federation, the Swedish Floorball Federation and the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies to investigate ways to reduce the carbon impact of sports events.
Our challenge was effectively conveying the extensive research-based deliverables to the target audience: sports professionals. Through consistent messaging and engaging assets, we successfully communicated the key findings and achievements of the project.

Touchline Earth crafted a comprehensive communications plan in collaboration with all partners, ensuring aligned messaging and effective dissemination of news, findings and achievements from the project. Engaging deliverables such as the GAMES website, a regular newsletter, voxpop videos, articles, narrative and graphic reports and outreach events were created to maximise impact.
Furthermore, we integrated the project into our platform, The Sustainability Report, to showcase our work to the target audience efficiently.
